The communal areas were super clean. the hotel team were great, provided excellent customer care. This impressed me. i found the breakfast tasty. the room was warm and quiet.
the room was too hot. i needed to keep the window open. this led to difficulties with sleeping.

the staff at check-in was efficient. i was given a standard single room as requested.
The shower pressure was inadequate. Only a trickle came out. the in-room iron left a mark on my shirt (i had to buy a new shirt). the noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed.

big tubladies parking
i liked the big tub, it was very nice. there was a smart tv in my room, SO i watched netflix after my convention trip. parking was good, i saw a section called 'ladies parking'.

the room i had included a shower that only provided a dribble. the toilet flush handle pointed downward making it difficult to flush. there was very little toilet paper available.
